How to order
Ordering in the PREBENA e-shop takes one page and no registration. If you are not sure which tool or fastener to choose, call us at +421 48 413 31 84 (Mon – Fri 8:00 – 15:00) or write to prebena@prebena.sk.
1. Find the product
- Search – enter a name or catalogue number (e.g. ES40, 2XR-ES40). If the code matches exactly, you go straight to the product.
- Categories and filters – fasteners can be filtered by type, length and availability, or shown as a clear table with the price per 1,000 pcs.
- Fasteners by tool – choose your tool and see all staples, nails and pins that fit it. Every stapler and nailer page also lists the matching fasteners.
2. Add to cart
Choose the number of pieces or packs. For fasteners, a quantity discount is applied automatically for larger quantities – see the discount table on the product page. You can add services to tools, such as inspection and set-up before shipping.
3. Complete the cart and place the order
- Check the items and quantities.
- Choose delivery – personal pickup in Banská Bystrica, courier (up to 30 kg) or pallet delivery – and the payment method.
- Fill in your contact details. When buying for a company, tick “I am buying for a company” and add your company ID, tax ID and VAT ID.
- Agree to the terms and conditions and click “Place order with obligation to pay”.
You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. For bank transfer it includes a PAY by square QR code.
4. Receive your goods
We keep you informed by e-mail – when the order is ready for pickup or handed over to the carrier. Goods in stock in Banská Bystrica ordered on a working day by 12:00 are dispatched the same day.
Need a larger quantity?
For full pallets of fasteners or several tools we will prepare an individual offer. Click Request a quote on the product or in the cart – we usually reply within 24 hours on working days.
