How it works
Four steps from fault to working tool
- 1Order the service onlineFill in a short form, describe the fault and choose how the tool gets to us – in person, by post or by courier pickup.
- 2Pickup or handoverWe order the courier for the next working day. Just pack the tool and add the service sheet we send you by e-mail.
- 3Diagnostics and quoteA technician checks the tool. For out-of-warranty repairs we send a quote – diagnostics 30,00 € (large tool 50,00 €) is deducted when you approve the repair.
- 4Repair and returnWe repair with original PREBENA parts, usually within 72 hours of receipt, and return the tool in person or by courier.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a repair take?
Usually within 72 hours of receiving the tool, if spare parts are in stock. If a part has to be ordered, we will let you know the date.
What does out-of-warranty diagnostics cost?
Diagnostics of a small tool costs 30,00 €, of a large tool or compressor 50,00 € incl. VAT. If you approve the repair according to our quote, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the repair price.
Can you collect the tool from us?
Yes. Choose courier pickup in the service order – we will order the courier for the next working day. Pack the tool in a sturdy box and add the printed service sheet.
Do you repair tools for companies under a contract?
Yes. For production companies we offer preventive inspections, priority repairs and service agreements. Send us an inquiry and we will prepare an offer.
Do you know the status of your repair?
After sending the service order you receive a link to track the status online. We also notify you by e-mail at every important step.
